I'm happy to pay for systems to save time and guidance but the fee seems ambitious and I don't love the idea of forking over large percentage of profits to be told what I can and can't do with the company.

We should have put a renter in the property to cover the carrying costs of the mortgage but the investor wanted the property sold and a tenant can make that challenging so we continued reducing the price until there wasn['t any profit in the deal.
