Corning is nice, I personally wouldn't live there but id buy at some point when I have more morning.

Personally I don’t like being cash flow negative on properties, but I guess if you have an amazing W2 and a good reserve account and the new property is going to cash flow really well then maybe consider it.

Personally I would chalk this up to making a mistake not raising it more the first time...eat the mistake and maybe raise it again in 6-12 months.

If you intend to occupy this as a primary residence you could "assume" the loan meaning you would personally need to qualify with the existing lender to take on the loan in your own personal name. 3.

If you want to fix and flip, find that person and repeat what works.
