Never feel pressured to accept a tenant that does not fit your requirements.

I had to pay/request permission to turn on water, pay a master plumber to do a back pressure test, pay the water company to turn on the water and then the bank didn't like the report and had to do it all again.

I've suggested many options to help with paying the credit cards back including taking out a loan on his employer 401k which is at a much more favorable rate and would alleviate some of that pressure.  

If you have a large fan try to make it negative pressure. 

It is standard practice to have a microwave on the same circuit as a gas range, especially when the microwave is mounted above the range.

Or you could try and apply pressure,, tell the tenant that left your continuing with eviction action unless he get all the other people out in 24 hours and you meet and go and change the locks..

Also this company has tons of houses in the surrounding area and allows you to enter each property and show yourself with no pressure from an agent. if you do have questions they are easy to get ahold of to me it was truly a different experience on finding a place to live.

My fiance's dad would like to start investing in RE so he is putting some pressure on me to do the homework to find a place to invest in.
