I had to pay/request permission to turn on water, pay a master plumber to do a back pressure test, pay the water company to turn on the water and then the bank didn't like the report and had to do it all again.

Or you could try and apply pressure,, tell the tenant that left your continuing with eviction action unless he get all the other people out in 24 hours and you meet and go and change the locks..

Also this company has tons of houses in the surrounding area and allows you to enter each property and show yourself with no pressure from an agent. if you do have questions they are easy to get ahold of to me it was truly a different experience on finding a place to live.
