Mold needs moisture to grow.Look in the lease for inhabitable conditions clause to see if you can terminate the lease based on that.

Materials: tub and surround, toilet, sink, vanity, mirror, vanity light, mold resistant drywall, GFI outlet, light/fan combo, flooring, paint.I installed 'luxury vinyl plank' flooring since the bathroom is a high moisture area, which was super easy to install and is holding up well.

my classic was the tenant complaining of mold around the windows.. go and check it out and they haveand they have ruined the blinds and put up foil and plastic and so you had all this moisture  and when the mold started they were scrubbing it and ended up ruining the sheet rock try to rub the mold out..

Why not just mod the plans to fit standard low cost home depot cabinets--and make sure they can deliver the amount you need.If you take 100% delivery up front you will need to store them, insure them and possibly guard them, as well as load and transport them--so that figures into the cost also.Doing it Just in Time, may leave you with delays, despite promises to the contrary, so figure that into the cost also.Knockdowns (You Assemble) might store in a few 18 wheel trailers, but beware of moisture and humidity (flake board and plywood).You will need an inventory system for cabinets in and cabinets out if you store them--that's a lot of cabinets.Good Luck!

Below are some generalizations about locations and ongoing maintenance costs: Older properties require more maintenance than newer properties.Composition roofs require more maintenance than tile roofs.Properties in climates with hard freezes require more maintenance than properties in milder climates.Properties in locations with a lot of moisture require more maintenance than properties in dryer climates.Wood siding requires more maintenance than aluminum or stucco siding.Properties with lush vegetation require more maintenance than properties with little or no vegetation.SummaryUsing the above criteria and considerations, I believe you will be able to narrow your focus to a small set of cities.
