As a wholesaler it is your mission to find off market deals that no one has access to.Sure tax, foreclosure and such annoying troubled properties are indeed off market but yet everyone has access to themIf you really want to be a successful wholesaler and not looking for a lucky shot once in a blue moon you really need to do it the right way.You need access to leads before anyone has them, The only way to do that is having a ranking website, and SEO/PPC/DMM/...This is not simply the right way to make a deal, it is also the best way to make sure you will continuously get leads, deals and ultimately money.It seems to me you are all over the place trying to snatch a deal here, there, anywhere, everywhere.Look at my inbox:It is 1:04PM here, and today (just half of a day passed) and I already got 5 highly motivated seller leads begging me to buy their house.I did not lift a finger.

Account ClosedI actually have a very different experience and recommendation than the main stream RE Investors.I am a big proponent of being the best at what you are trained to do as an Employee at first.Once you do that, you will be in the top 10% salary of your profession.In my case, I was being paid around $200k around the year 2000 as a Computer Programmer working on mission critical Financial Software.No need to throw away what you studied for all these years, acquired a great deal of skills and also advanced certifications or degrees.Plumbers, Electricians, Computer Programmers (in my case), Janitors, Dancers, it doesn't matter.
