No branch of service would take me other than the Marines.  4 years of that let me see the world and earn 4 rows of ribbons, but no marketable skills.

Not to long ago I was in the process of joining the marines corps to be an infantryman until a relative of mines introduced me to RE wholesaling and at first i didn’t pay it no attention until I started to do my own research and now I’m obsessed with RE overall... fast forward to about two weeks later and I built relationships with several buyers, got contracts all typed up and printed out just in case and found several GREAT investment properties for investors the only thing that’s giving me problems is finding out who actually owns the property, the houses look like nobody has been living there for years, I heard several different ways that you’ll be able to reach out to the owner like direct mailing, asking neighbors, using your county tax assessor and etc but what I want to do is actually talk face to face with the owner and I can’t seem to do so because I cannot get in contact with the actual owners any advice or tips

@Mustafa Mo I was talking to one of my Marines about my interest in real estate and how I wanted to invest one day.

I bought a couple of vacant lots a couple years back (Marin county, and one in Vallejo Ca) in order to start my research although I have not broke any ground yet.

My recommendation is to just put one up and let it sit there to marinate and age until you can dedicate the necessary attention it would need to rank on page 1 or until you can hire an seo guy to take care of it but trust me it's so worth it.

Lots of industries need to do observations for maintenance, contaminated areas, tower inspections, oil & gas, marine uses, security areas, the list is endless, large companies will have their own but small ones or contractors that have limited uses may rent or hire an operator.

, Wow that's embarrassing, but at the same time it doesn't really surprise me that it only takes 2 weeks to get a license to fondle and pretend like you're some great security force like the marines or something.
