In addition to the above, you could intern at RE firms to try out various career types that interest you and rub shoulders with industry vetsAlso, and this is something I wish I'd known in college - unless you have a liberal arts degree (and that's not even true in a lot of situations), any "business" degree will get your foot in the door for a job in the event that RE falls through or is a side hustle for a bit.

Yes Austin is on the very liberal ..meant to I say very very Liberal But the case I mentioned above required no decision to be made as it was a default judgment (Tenant failed to show).
