Through the first 2 months I couldn't be happier and you still can't take the smile off my face because this is what i signed up for, this is what i have always wanted to do with my life, and I fricking love real estate.

I actually got my license as I couldn't find a good investment Realtor and people found me via word of mouth so my business grew organically.

Now I feel as though we're on one accord so I'm a bit happier.

I have had a few minor issues during the first lease year, but found the faster you respond to these situations the happier your tenants will be.
