Great for them.The game hasn't changed, it's pricing for a fall.

I can only speak from a lender's perspective, but we're going to want to see some "skin in the game" from the borrower.

Hi @Jay Patel I’ve definitely found that having a Virtual Assistant can be a game-changer, especially for managing tasks like underwriting and organizing deals.

Assign due dates to those steps and have a system or process in place for tracking your progress whether that be as simple as being written down in your notebook or as complex as having a project management software.

I'm looking to shift my focus from the long game of rental appreciation to the BRRR method.
