Hello all.Is anyone on this Forum from Medicine Hat Ab. 

Prepare to wear the "host" hat and to learn about the hospitality industry.The price the guest pays and the amount the host receives is quite a bit different.

Sometimes a suit, sometimes jeans, sometimes a Hawaiian shirt but always the hat, always. 

I own 5 units in Cleveland, from out of state and by far the most drama I have dealt with are the inherited tenants.Cleveland has far more Landlord friendly laws than California where I live so if a tenant is being an "@$$hat" then you need to evaluate if you want them to be a tenant.When I screen tenants in Cleveland and here in the Bay Area I have a process.....Yes I do have a property manager but I want to be the one who does the initial screening.

Hey AliciaI know I"m a little late but I just wanted to throw my hat in the ring on this one. 

I have two listings to sign when I choose where to hang my hat.

The other utilities will be on, and a group of people can move in at a drop of a hat over the weekend.
