Its a cell phone tower in are area that has 80 year lease still on it.

They bought that land and at the closing they were nothing but complimentary to my broker of the job I had done and how much I had helped them out (this was back in the 90's before internet real estate AND cell phones).

Video if you can, there are some portable solutions that use a cell signal, so you don't need to have Internet set up.

However keep in mind you now have 2 payments not one.If its your first deal, I always recommend starting smaller, flip a few cars, a few rvs, a few cell phones.

I would start smaller, furniture, musical instruments, cars, cell phones.   

Even adding other minor monthly 'debt' like cell phone bill, utilities, etc, it doesn't move the needle much.Most scenarios that tout 30yr over 15yr use a very similar interest rate in comparison, however we're talking almost a complete point difference. 

I don't owe people money or back taxes, and get around 6 spam and robo calls a day, each, on my cell phone, and my home phone.
