Someone who can be a tax advisor re: real estate investments too. there was a firm on one of David Greene’s podcast episodes but I can’t find it for the life of me.  

I talked to asset protection companies, Prime Corporate Services and Anderson Business Advisors (both have mixed reviews).

The primary causes of being over budget were unexpected plumbing problems which then caused extra problems with the drywall and a decision to open up the house after the original budget was established.

@Gary KaneIn order to establish a Solo 401k, you need to have an active business with the potential to make contributions to the 401k plan.  

You will likely need to establish an account and file a monthly sales tax report and payment.  

Well established in the region with a diverse network and good knowledge of the local and international markets.

I am against paying some "planner" or advisor or stock broker or anything like that to do what you can do anyway.  

There are a ton of ways you can start off as a budding investor, like partnering with someone more experienced, bird-dogging for an established investor and providing sweat equity, because at this point in your career that's your main advantage, plus knowledge of social media etc.
