I doubt Curtis unless he gets relief from the Trustee has the time to do anything else. and I doubt he will get the sale postponed because he has a EM contract with a whopping 20 dollar deposit.

Why in the world would I want to have to get a bank loan, or a large money loan when there are so many people out there who would love someone to come in and take over their monthly payments and give them relief from their mortgage payment.
