In addition to a renters insurance policy and vaccination records from their vet, we limit the size of the dog. we also add to our property rules that the dog must always be on a leash, they pick-up the dog poop and the dog must not disturb the other residents if this is a multi-family complex.

Multi buyers are usually seasoned investor and don't want to waste time looking at units unless they have them under contract.Sellers don't want to disturb tenants etc.

After receiving the email request I replied and stated that now the home is rented out and to not disturb the tenants I would need him to put the home under contract and then he can have it inspected by this Realtor during his due diligence period.
