If your contract states you have the right to advertise or display it on public websites and databases then yes.That's the only way I've seen it done and it has worked.

The renters can just display the appropriate month that jives with the current month. 

My favorite thing to do to see if they are real buyers is display their recent year portfolio of properties and their funding source on a map like the one below.
