Essentially, you create a lead funnel that captures people.If your most important thing is hidden at the bottom of the page, you're going to lose a LOT of people.If you don't have a designer, jump on a place like ODesk and bid out the job.Just my recommendation.Of course, I know nothing about these guys and they could be great, so you need to weigh the service vs. time/money components.On another angle, if you're looking for someone to do the work for you, including helping you build out your lead funnel, SEO, etc., let me know.

The reason to use a name containing keywords you want to rank for, such as Oklahoma City, is that it does help SEO-wise.

Also, if you're at all interested in SEO, check the domain's history in archive.org - make sure it wasn't formerly used by any spammy looking sites, if so then Google may already hate it.

Here's the order of priority of actions:1) Understand real estate fundamentals then study your state (CA) probate laws, especially those pertaining to IAEA for Full Authority and Summary Probate cases.2) A website now will probably NOT bring you business since you are competing with many thousands of others who have highly targeted SEO, Adwords and GDN campaigns.

Everything is organic (SEO) and...All leads are free and I get leads daily without lifting a finger.If any of you say "well I am not going to learn it, I have no time".. well that's why you don't have my results, and you have no right to complain.
