Now that I've gone through all of the steps to get through my process, I'm that much more knowledgeable and confident going into my 2nd deal which I'm already working on. 

Whoever lives on the property needs to go through the normal screening process. 

This can help protect you legally and keep your process fair for everyone.

A few of them opened up again, so a few months later I repeated the process but put a little wood glue in the cracks first.

This would then make the process go quicker for you.

After that I will use my savings to fund the next property and repeat the process.

I reported this to Justin and he tried to play off the issue as if I "wasn't following the process that he teaches" but trust me, I gave him a piece of my mind on that response.
