Some people want cash-flow from day 1, some people want to invest long term, some medium term... all different strategies that would require a custom tailored approach. 

When I think big picture it may be well worth it if the service saves me more than that amount or helps me generate more than that amount. 

Pictures or more detail so we can better understand.

I think it is just slow for a lot of people right now.I like the nighttime outdoor pictures, the outdoor spaces and games.I don't think I'd list an air matress as a primary sleeping place.

Just take a picture of it, save it to your screen saver on your computer, and you can enjoy the view as often as you want. 

@Jay George even being a local agent in the Chicago area, I am not 100% sure I can see enough of the picture to know if you are doing well or not.

You’re likely going to be on the hook for S/E income on it once be depreciation and losses have been exhausted, so, just be cognizant of the overall picture!
