Any desire to evict someone with a oral lease in my city would need to go through the entire eviction process.Ultimately it's going to be up to your local landlord and tenant ordinances about what constitutes an actual lease and any eviction remedies that might be available.Good luckJacob

@Ned Carey it is my understanding that owning an interest in an LLC in another state does not constitute doing business in that state. 

Otherwise if the mortgage company finds out that you are lying to them it could constitute mortgage fraud.

I'm not actually going to buy this, I just have no idea to even determine if it constitutes any kind of a good deal. 

Or does it need to be something along the lines of criminal charges or destruction of property to constitute grounds for eviction when dealing with HUD/section 8?
