That being said, is there any legal requirement to disclose there was a fire with a prior owner at some point? 

Then when it comes time to legalize, looking to get everything approved at once, with the data point that it was built to code in the past.

Lease won't let tenant change anything without Landlord's approval. 

Any approved loan application would be the result of misrepresentations which is fraud. 

Underwriting, deal structure, legal processes, due diligence, asset management, investor relations - all very important components.Syndication can be a lucrative strategy, but it's not something you can just jump into. 

Work being falsely approved is an issue as is getting people on the maintenance side to fix anything found to be wrong.

We just got approved on a HML and are hoping to BRRRR a property - our goal is to get something in the works within the next few weeks.

If you're not assuming the loan, only being added to the deed does that mean the seller is unable to sell without your approval?
