I currently own my own sports supplement business and personal train as well. i am getting married in june and have always wanted to invest into real estate. i am tired of trading time for money so starting next week i am only personal training from 530am to noon monday through friday and the rest of time i want to spend learning the game of real estate.

I also said I expect a weekly Friday summation of what was done that week.  

@John Robert Kinsella I’m having the same dilemma as I am selling one of my STRs and doing a 1031 exchange this Friday.

You could also consider a STR near Lackland Air Force Base, which hosts Air Force Basic Training graduations every Friday.

But I've called the police about the abandoned car and it will be towed at your expense this Friday if you don't move it before then. 

I have been trying to get one since April but the market is red hot and I had lost close bidding wars up until now.Our offer was accepted and on Friday, we had the inspection.

Like I said, I have a list of agents in my area who want to know when I have houses coming available; a couple days before I list a house, my wife sends an email to all the agents we work with and let them know that a house is coming on the market on Friday (we generally list on Friday).
