I've met more of these guys than I have guys who claimed they were (FBI, CIA, Treasury Department, "other" Justice Department) but would tell "just me" in this bar how they had the goods on Bill Clinton (notice I didn't put him on this list, sorry, PROFESSIONALS ONLY, no amateurs) for having (1) run the biggest coke smuggling ring in the US, (2) personally murdered Foster, (3) provided the gun that murdered Foster.

I got into the conversation with him personally at one point...Turns out he was assigned to the case of solving the bandit sign mysteries..I told him there was a simple solution... make them legal for a fee and I would email folks in that area that they could comply and my guess is they likely would....I said if they take you to court if you give them a fine... it will get dismissed.. in the higher courts due to "free speech" and you can't allow politicians and builders "free speech" and disallow other businesses selectively..He said He knew...At one point we were to meet and try to work out an agreement with the city manager....
