Hi everyone, What is entailed in becoming a realtor?

I then do a preliminary check over the phone inquiring if they’d be willing to pay $40 for the application fee (using MySmartMove and explaining to them what it entails).

I'm currently not looking to purchase notes yet but I would like to be able to see some to practice analyzing and to get a better idea of what it all entails.

I might have no idea what her job entailed, much less understand what she does on a day to day basis. 

There is no date entailing if the property will go to auction, so my question the BP community is, Should i make an offer directly to the trustee for the remaining mortgage, is there any particular formula in which these banks (chase) operates???  

Beyond the usual public zoning hearing meeting where neighbors get to object to any change in the proposed property use and the board follows their desires normally, it also entailed actually purchasing a nearby lot and putting a parking easement on it so as to provide the parking imposed by the condemnation process.  

Being global entails that the investments would reach across our borders in the USA.

Also, wholesaling takes a lot of work and I see a lot of people get burned out quickly because they didn't anticipate how much work it entails.
