There’s a huge break in the line on this one (not uncommon) and it costs a minimum of $35,000 to fix these because of the depth and need for specialized equipment.

Here in Chicago, it isn't uncommon for people to get those listings up and posted around the early-to-mid spring, for early summer renters to come in; or, to get the rental up and listed around mid-summer for a lease term to start in late summer.

With that being said it is not uncommon to find homes for under $40,000.

If the person has a relatively uncommon name, you're in good shape, but if it's John Smith, you have to narrow it down a little more.
