Although it's difficult to say how many letters and how many times each letter is sent, I think it would suffice to say that your mailing needs to increase exponentially as well as frequency.Without seeing a copy of your actual letter, I think short & simple is better than providing too many details.

Bit of a long story because I have to explain a bit more than I did in the initial message (clearly there is a lot more to this story, but hopefully the cliff notes version will suffice).Here are the code violations: exterior paint (it's a brick house, so only talking trim here, and yes it definitely needs it), repair downspout (round gutter hole has rectangular downspout in it), repair spalling or bulging concrete on walkway, driveway, steps.

Before she even applied, she was all like why does it have to be your application, why can’t it be Smartmove, I explained why, not knowing she and the hubby were the client, then the next day was like ”if problems with your online app persist (others were using it just fine) I will use Smartmove, should suffice”.

If your tenant demands their security deposit back, a letter from the previous owner stating that "she used it up", will not suffice...and there will be some big time fines associated with that.With that being said, I would ride out this virus before making any changes.

With a hefty down payment I would surmise a conventional loan would suffice but hearing more from people, an FHA loan seems to be a more feasible option.
