You can substitute "for Deals" and "Buyers" for "Capital" and "with Borrowers".I've been developing my "System" since 1997.

But what is more likely is they will quickly find someone to take over your portion of the lease.If you get someone to take over, be sure that documents are signed with the landlord and he knows about the substitution, otherwise, you will still be liable for rent and damage.
