Bozeman could keep building forever in the wide open spaces, which does mean that if the economy falters either nationally or especially locally, there could be a lot of Supply without enough demand... which could leave some boats on dry land!

@Andrew TupperYeah I’d have someone check that the framing and foundationI was looking at a ~600sf attic conversion but couldn’t do it as spacing of the framing and foundation stem wall height weren’t up to code - need to meet live loads and dead loads reqs for the new space
