Do not talk about your brand unless you are doing a retargeting campaign which I also advice you set up.

Kind of hard to ask top dollar for your 20 year old home when the developer down the road is asking 20% less for a brand new home because he has 40 new ones he's trying to sell at once.

Keep in mind that this is a brand new industry for me, so therefore I feel it is perfectly understandable for me to not know right off the bat why 50% would go to operating expenses in this situation.

The radio provides excellent branding (recognition and continual reinforcement that you are the expert)...the online component makes contact easier when potential customer is ready to pull the trigger.But the message has to be good..why choose you over the others?
