After 20+ years of buying, selling properties and having several tenants from Hades, I wanted to share a couple of thoughts.1.

.: There are companies that provide this and I even believe some do a revenue share with apartments.We had looked into this a while back for some of our properties.Not a bad revenue stream and a nice little perk to have new EVs charging near the clubhouse/office where new prospective residents can also see them. 

This is our first time working with a property manager so any tips would be greatly appreciated on how to proceed moving forward.. thank you!

Please share with me any 2-4 unit MFRs you are aware of in NJ that are located in good school district areas. 

At the same time, I believe it’s important that we approach this situation calmly and constructively, as we both share the goal of resolving it efficiently and fairly.I did find your email to be pushing and impatient, which I didn’t appreciate.

Residential brokerages have similar goals - sell homes, grab market share.
