It's a 2/1 cracker box of a house that was a flip property and I'm renting it long term.

Hey Clint,So 1,000% Biased, but each HML is going to have some kind of a 'buy box' that their investors are asking deals to be within.

If you're keen on Raleigh I would recommend expanding your search to some of the surrounding markets.

Often times we look the other way and let these folks get away with their actions, which only compounds the problems for everyone.If you search "ethics" on BP, you get about 9527 results on the topic.
