Another is to ride the appreciation wave we're seeing right now and I expect will continue in the near future, even if not at the same pace we witnessed in the last 10 years.For these reasons, I think house hacking is a great strategy for new investors and I question the assumptions about scalability.

So now I love my pool all the time.I believe pool cabins rode (and are still riding) the post-Covid wave even more so than the non-Pools.

And there are plenty of things to do such as hike, fish, bike-ride, swim, etc.

This option is best for the passive investor who is no longer chasing growth and leverage but would rather have security and true asset diversification as the stock market continues to go on quite the ride as it waits for the Fed to tame inflation.

Investing out of state (not a nearby state) where a plane ride is needed to visit your investment is not advisable in my opinion.
