With the numbers you mentioned I could actually resume pursuing OOS investing much sooner after purchasing a property here in the Bay Area.

Then those higher fees will continue after your premiums resume at a lower amount.

So far, items I was going to include (may not be in exact order):- catchy intro page (peak their interest w/o being too cheesy salesy)- stats/graphs that a friend gave on stock market returns- article or 2 on my current market conditions (great market, etc)- letter to them from me (my skills and what I bring to the deal, etc)- my resume of RE experience and list of investor courses completed- sample deal- faqs - one guy had these and I thought it was good...putting questions they may have in a laid out faq section to address major questions a lender could have and alleviate any concerns- info on self-directed IRAs (maybe brochure/card from a local company here)Any other ideas?

The user (Brandon) could interrupt the process of completing the forms {to go get additional information, walk the dog, etc}, saving his current state to be resumed at that point later on.

One saving grace in all this present debacle with Rentals in California, is that this 2020 intrusion by government into California Rentals will lead to fewer Rentals in California, which in turn, will cause renters to move out of California, in search of where Rentals are more plentiful, & saving any future government's expenses in relocating people out of California, once the extreme drought conditions in California resume.

So we are taking the fairly reasonable 20% down, sane DTI and FICO number model and turning it over to the guys that turned everything nuclear to begin with.Really?
