David Karaffa Welcome, over 20 years at this and these guys in BP make me pause and think through things from all angles.

A lot of sellers are indeed hitting Pause, but over here in Kitsap (I am in Poulsbo), the big employers are the Navy, and healthcare.

I think if Josh Dorkin had been hosting he would've paused and issued a stronger disclaimer against the subletting, but it was fine as is.

I guess before I ramble on too much, I would say pause and approach this in a different manner.  

Given that they will live in it, it makes me pause for a moment and try look at things outside of the investor mindset. 

Pause, let them speak and listen carefully to what they say with words and body language.
