This is all fresh in my mind because I'm currently working with a borrower in TX who is using this type of entity structure.

Keep in mind this doesn't account for rehab, repairs, and reserves necessary to maintain rentals.

I'm looking for ideas/suggestions not to do house hacking anymore Do you have a market in mind?

I think I can get a policy online with the other requirements, but this waiver seems to be more difficult to find.

In my mind, this would include budget tracking/management, CRM for vendors, links to outside service vendors/resources along with a project management tool. 

There are some places online too that have cookie-cutter blueprints too that you can check out as well!  

Another thing to keep in mind is to make sure you have an active income to help you have more options in terms of the strategy you will use to begin investing.
