Once the "edit" period has lapsed, there should be an "update" link / button that will allow you to insert a limited amount of content toward the end of the post - but that content becomes somewhat independent of the rest of the post since a subsequent "quote" of that post would omit the update's content.

you can even go so far as to put tile on the window sill (or insert a marble threshold in place of the sill (they sell them for doors in big box and I think they will cut them shorter for you if you need).

However, she presented us with the simple standard contract we had signed with her more than a year ago, which had an extra small insertion of a line stating that she would receive the same amount of 5% full commission every time we renew the yearly lease with this current tenant she had found for us.

I read an article about not setting up an LLC in Wyoming, Delaware, Nevada, insert other friendly state business tax structure, because I would still have to file in Arkansas where the investments are anyway and it's just more paperwork at the end of the day; however, I do not fully understand this charging order protection structure idea.
