Example: Totally enclosed-roof, windows, doors; utilities all hooked up externally; all exterior roads, parking, etc completed. 1st floor done but not the 2nd floor.

There are alot of reasons why prices are going up, but predominantly low interest rates = higher prices that someone can afford to purchase a home, coupled secondly with "low inventory" when covid was here and noone wanted to list there home out of fear ( both from having to go into the external world and having people come into their home ), and third but most recently surging lumber prices.
