I enjoy being "pinged" by tiny, little, gorgeous wife as much as the next guy, but damn...I got one thing to tell all ya'all.

If the bathroom is the old style bathroom with Pink Tub and Pink sink to match...would you just keep that and paint around that... or would you change that out?

Everything else is just cosmetic preference, and short of having shag carpeting in the bathroom with a pink bathtub, there's not much cosmetic upgrading that is going to have the impact that the major bones of the house will.  

These are gorgeous old houses that could provide a really cool home for someone, if only there were a pipe smoking bald man to fix them up.Feel free to reach out to me about whatever.
