Presently the market is overheated and overpriced but the largest volumes of building among all countries of the former USSR are exactly in Russia.Russia has money earned at oil and it is actively inlaid in the building in the own country.

If the buyer is looking at cash flow only he is not my best buyer b/c he is bottom fishing and in a solid real estate market the bottom fishers are normally buying properties in declining areas of town that have little to know chance for appreciation.

try getting a primer called gripper by gliddon and after cleaning reall good spray that primer on its verry tough then try spraying on a glossy white oil paint also verry tough I think it will last along time I did this to my pink tub and it seems verry durrable so far, cast iron tubs are much better than the thin sheet metal ones.
