Looks to me there isn't a lot of room for creativity in SLC based on my understanding of Zoning and Planning. 

Hi Silas.Do you plan to have a GC or handyman run the construction project?

Once I build some profit I plan on putting a structure down.

It would be nice to start a group which meets with regular cadence so that attendees could plan to include it in their schedules.

But please for the love of all that is good, plan your exit strategy with their property management, because that has been a giant dud for me and do not see it getting any better should they continue the hands-off, digital approach to placing & managing tenants.

Saw it in 2020 and its happening all over again for different reasonsI have invested in the areas myself and plan more in 2025 to take advantage of the huge tax benifits to come.

I like the plans for Belize and other expansion sites, which is what I'm a part of.

Then I(we) control everything.I know there are details to work out, and I am still in the thinking/planning phase, while I continue to save money, but is this a conceivable plan?

I own a triplex in Toledo, Ohio and plan to buy many more properties here and was writing to see if anyone has any recommendations for property Management companies or people who property manage out here.Any tips or guides would be much appreciated!
