On an etymological note, I presume "Lesion Beyond Moiety" is an anglicisme for Lésion {en plus} de moietié ... literally: a "wound" greater than half.

I think it would be hard for a Tsunami to funnel up the straight of San Juan De fuca and then spread out again I could be wrong.. and the same thing about coming 65 miles up the Columbia river I think it could peter out over that distance..
