The extra lot space that I have sits on a abandoned rail corridor that is in the process of being converted to a bike/walking trail and connected to a network of almost 40 miles of trails which is bringing people to the city from all over.

@Hank Hebel,If you inherited an IRA from your spouse - it can be converted into your own IRA, with your name on it.An IRA inherited from anyone other than your spouse would have to be "Inherited IRA", it will have the deceased name as the account holder and you as the beneficiary will control it.

About $1800 in random repairs, some missing cracked shingles, hvac drainage line repair, a few electrical items, minor mold in crawl,  drainage line on pressure relief valve of water heater The most annoying part was that the appraiser said the railings on the porch had to have gap less than 4 inches.

There is a default clause in the note purchase as well that converts legal and financial responsibility back to me if you default within 3 months after the sale of the note.
