I don't know how much the PM tried to communicate with the tenant, and I don't know what the tenant is telling the truth about and what she isn't.

I was only able to communicate with one of the buyers in fluent english and two of them could only speak spanish, we did have someone translating there as well but something may have been lost in translation.

Looking for contractors that are professional, trustworthy, and who have great communication skills (experience working with investors - preferably out of state - is a HUGE plus).
