Since they are not common, or in any quantity to any area, they are hard to finance since they are hard to get comps. 

It's a different kind of program where we don't even consider the DSCR on the property, we mainly just look at the borrower's credit, their investment experience, and the property itself (where it's located, value, use, etc).

So, a specific kind of zoning change in one market might have an opposite impact as the same kind of zoning change in another market or at least a very different change.
