Jason Burton If I may suggest the simple reason for your struggles – it is the difference between the chicken and the hog on your breakfast table.

(MOPOA) We have monthly meetings the second Monday evening every month except for the summer and a breakfast meeting the second Saturday every month.

Don't you just love it when laws aren't clear. 25   50 a  100 dollar EM which is common seems like the cost of lunch or break fast and hardly equitable interest. 

Cashflow can be a pretty subjective calculation, so having this breakfast of income and expenses is helpful.How long ago did you purchase it, and how much total rehab is going to be done?  

(most investment agents will work off a set fee instead of a commission. 3% on a 50k property doesn't exactly bring home the bacon) Find out what their experience is with renovations or working with KCMO codes and regulations. 

I love the Friday breakfast meeting that RPOA does down there.   

Thankfully we were out there enough with breakfast and coffee that we knew who the subs were and how to get a hold of them.

I think there's one that meets Friday mornings for breakfast somewhere but I can't remember the details.

Saw you post from last year - I know of a very upscale Bed & Breakfast that is expanding, due its' demand for accommodation, expanding restaurant hours and it being a number one draw for wedding venues and mansion buyouts.
