Also, even if you don't have a disability rating now, you can still use the VA loan and once you get a rating, you can go back to the VA and they will refund your funding fee to you (this is the VA's version of an origination fee like with a conventional loan...usually runs $3000-4000 and gets wrapped into the loan).
