I have laundry included with my apartments and one talented tenant was washing clothes for all her not living in my apartment family, even charging her friends to wash their clothes too.The other thing that may come out, or may not, is the need for additional laundry.

If they turned off some/all utilities (assuming they were at some point in the tenants name), AND there is nothing but trash left in the unit (no useable furniture, no current groceries, no clothes in closet, no shoes, no toothbrush in the bathroom or meds in the cabinet), check local law but that IS abandoned...not allegedly abandoned.

It comes with the iphones.Don't drink on the job, don't play loud music on the job (earphones are your friend), don't lear at the lady renters (you are there for business), and dressing like a (successful) workman in clean clothes everyday will probably go a long way in making a good first impression, on both the owner and the renter.Clean boots or shoes are a positive.
