Does anyone have insurance recommendations on obtaining insurance on a boat mini storage building out of New Orleans?

Has anyone recently added Mitsubishi mini split heat and a/c units to their properties when having issues with comfort for their residents?

Its nice peace of mind, especially when you have so many of them.   500-600 feet is probably a prime candidate for a mini-split system.

Good morning allI'm currently rehabbing a house in Pennsylvania for rental and everything could have gone wrong went wrong.Anyway, I'm having so much issues with the plumbing system from cracked cast iron radiators to leaking pipes that the company that I hired said it will be better for me just to replace the heating system with Mini split ductless system, 5 of them for a total of 25K, my business partner is concerned that it will not be a good idea since the basement which is unused and unfinished will have no heat and pipes in the basement can break from freezing temperature and eventually cause more damages.

I used a great handy man - Jiovanny Hernandez for most of the work - and brought in a mini excavator (Kainoa Hauanio) to reclaim the property

5% min is great if they redeem right away in the first couple months.

All units had been recently updated with newer appliances, mini-split a/c units, and contained a unique amenity specific to each unit.
