This is why I love RE investing so much, because we not only learn how to make money and build a business, but we learn one of the most important skills a person could: People skills.

How do you allocate and rotate date slots?  

Is it a grounded outlet (3 prung plug) or ungrounded (old houses and you will just see 2 slots for the plug without the ground under it)  You can try to handle this yourself.  

Positives: On a positive note, doing this would free up 5 conventional loan slots for future acquisitions. 

We love RE investing and helping people reach their goals. 

As you get close to 10 or are at 10 financed properties, then move 1 or more over to the SUB S  and get commercial / portfolio financing and that thereby opens up 1 or more slots for Fannie Mae financing on your new purchases coming up.

Dog beach - for the dog lovers it is the best

(I have a few $25k investors in multiple deals).ESPECIALLY since you're all accredited, then you're not 'taking one of the precious 35 non-accredited slots' so the minimum investment amount is even more flexible in your case.As long as the sponsors have a good back end, its really not that much more work to bring on someone at a lower minimum.Hope that perspective helps!
