I would just hire a quality general contractor, for example we have weekly updates via company cam photo and video documentation.

(square footage, facing direction, driveway position, quality of finishings etc). 

We use everything we can do to provide more exposure and potentially find a quality tenant, including MLS.

Not too low either, you don't want to go with someone who is just focused on price as this is a quality of a not-so-great accountant.
