Speaking of fun....I gotta go and snuggle on the couch with Jackie and watch a movie!

He claimed to be doing corporate housing and airbnb for Movie/film industry in Atlanta.

I have a small source of money for investing, not tons, that's without borrowing, a friend who is a contractor and has done huge projects (movie theaters, salons, hospitals, etc) in Cincinnati and other areas, a few other connections and just as important, the hunger!

When I was 17, I was just trying to decide what Movie I wanted to watch on Friday night...If I were you, and I had to do it all over again, I would look for, and interview potential Mentors in the real estate investing field that you are interested in (That are also local).

Lots of industries work this way--music, movie, sports.  

I loved the movie "Pay it forward" Everyone should see it.

So, you went to see some war movies, read about history of tactics, and think you can take command of the battlefield without going to basic training...... ;)Strategies are to fit the situation and circumstances, they absolutely are not some step by step matter to go into battle with.

I'm going to be downtown most of the day (excluding going to see the new Avengers movie at 3) working on my building.

Does remind me of the movie 'Burlesque', where 'air rights' saved the day ;-)
